I am a life-long Brooklynite, and when looking back, I'm in awe that I saw the last game at Ebbets Field, with Sandy Koufax pitching. Since 1984, I've lived in Prospect Heights on Grand Army Plaza with my wife of 50 years, and my son who, grown and married, has kept his ties with Brooklyn alive and well. As an Associate Broker, I have many years of experience in shepherding transactions from listings to closings. Having represented both buyers and sellers, I'm keenly aware of the unique needs of each, and the many steps each has to take in order to ensure a smooth sale and purchase. My clients know that when they list their properties with me, that I'm with them for the long-term, throughout the entire transaction.
I am here to represent you, to answer your questions, offer advice, and hopefully shed a bright light on this long and involved process.
