Aaron Isquith

I am a life-long Brooklynite, and when looking back, I’m in awe that I saw the last game at Ebbets Field, with Sandy Koufax pitching. Since 1984, I’ve lived in Prospect Heights on Grand Army Plaza with my wife of 47 years, and my son who, grown and married, has kept his ties with Brooklyn alive and well.

As an Associate Broker, I have many years of experience in shepherding transactions from listings to closings. Having represented both buyers and sellers, I’m keenly aware of the unique needs of each, and the many steps each has to take in order to ensure a smooth sale and purchase.

My clients know that when they list their properties with me, that I’m with them for the long-term, throughout the entire transaction; I am there to answer their questions, offer advice, and hopefully shed a bright light on this long and involved process.

More importantly, I know the stress felt by many clients, therefore, I “marry” my clients for the duration: 24/7.

Having purchased two cooperative apartments in Prospect Heights, and a large house out-of-
town, I’ve experienced both the ups and downs of real estate transactions, and my goal is to
hold my clients’ hands, empathize when the stress seems overwhelming, and be the first to congratulate them when all is said and done.

During my over 21 years in real estate, I’ve been fortunate to call many of my clients friends, being invited to their weddings, helping them settle parents’ estates, and just being there when
they need a second opinion.

As an instructor at a large real estate school in New York City, I try to impart not only knowledge, but my ethics to the soon-to-be new real estate agents. Expertise is taught; ethics and professionalism are imparted.

I live my personal and professional life in an ethical and honest way, and I’m certain it shows in
the way I carry out my professional duties.

My interests are varied, and range walking extensively in our neighborhood and talking with
residents, biking Prospect Park, hiking the Southwest, reading World War II history, and talking about the history of opera. I also love ‘60s rock.
