PJ began his real estate career back in the early 1990's, when he dove into the thriving apartment rental markets of the West Village, Chelsea, SoHo and Tribeca. Having gained both experience and expertise, he then switched his focus to commercial properties and found this arena to be an even more perfect fit. He then switched gears and starting running a flourishing comedy club in the West Village; he has performed stand-up comedy throughout the Tri-State area. As if that's not enough, he has an impressive acting career to go with it, including a recent role on the Netflix original series House of Cards. Since 2012, PJ has been back working in Real Estate. He has discovered from his clients that his skill set is remarkably well-suited to the real estate business. He is an exceptional listener who actually hears what his clients are saying, and works hard to develop a relationship of trust and commitment within each new client relationship. After a few minutes of conversation, what the client wants has simply become what PJ wants; and he knows how to get it! PJ has been living in Brooklyn for the last 20 years, and he knows that the search for a new home or business can be daunting. He goes out of his way to make your path smooth and easy. Call him anytime. He's happy to discuss your wants and needs.
